Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi announces admission notification for 9th class admissions in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya schools. NVS will conduct an entrance examination across the country for admission into 9th class in NVS schools.

IPE Exams

63 New JNV Schools:

Government of India has started 63 new Jawahar Navodaya Schools with 2600 intake. These schools have recorded a pass percentage of 37.4 percent in JEE Main 2018 exam. And 84.5 percent students were qualified in NEET 2018 exam.

School pass percentage in Board exams is 75.12 in 10th Class and 74.20 percent in 12th Class.

Eligibility Requirement:

Students should be studying 8th Class in the Government or Government Recognised Schools of the same district to be eligible for admission into 9th Class.

Exam Pattern:

Entrance test will have questions from the subjects of Mathematics, General Science, English and Hindi. Questions will be asked in the standard of 8th Class.

English: 15 marks
Hindi: 15 marks
Mathematics: 35 marks
Science: 35 marks

Duration of the exam will be 150 minutes without any break. Merit list of the selected candidates will be announced on the NVS website at www.navodaya.gov.in .

International or Global School?

Amity Schools

Nursery admissions in Noida:

Nursery admissions are open for the academic year 2019-20 at Amity International Schools at Noida, Vasundhara Sector- 6 , Vasundhara Sector -1, Gurgaon Sector -43.

Applications has to be submitted online only and fee Rs. 300 should be paid only online through Credit Card / Debit Card. Last date for submission of online forms is 18th August 2018.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age of the child should be 3+ years as on 31st March 2019. They should have born between 1st April 2015 and 31st March 2016. Detailed admission and selection procedure is given on the website of the school.

Class I and Class IV admissions in Gurgaon:

Admissions are also open for Classes I & V for the academic year 2019-20 at Amity International School, Sector-46, Gurgaon. Registration / Application forms are available online and also at the school campus.

Eligibility Criteria for class I : The children should have born between 1st April, 2013 to 31st March, 2014 to be eligible for class I. There will be entrance test for all the candidates. There will be interacation with the students and parents after entrance test on the same day.

For New Delhi Campus:

Amity School will announce separate admission notification for its New Delhi branch. The school will start Nursery admission process very soon.
