Recruitment Notifications

APVVP (Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad), Guntur district has released recruitment notification for the posts of staff nurse, nurse orderly, pharmacists, lab technicians, bio-statistician, radiographer and other vacancies. These vacancies will be filled on contract basis or outsourcing basis. There will be a monthly fixed salary for all the posts. Details of vacancies, qualifications, application download and selection procedure is provided below:

Details of vacancies in APVVP – Guntur District:

Selection Process:

• 75 Percent weightage: Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination
• 15 Percent weightage: For experience of Govt Service including contract/outsourcing service
• 10 Percent weightage: For number of years since passing qualifying examination

Age Criteria:

• OC candidate should not have completed 42 years as on 01.06.2020 (Should not have been born before 01.06.1978).
• SC/ ST/ BC Candidates should not have completed 47 years as on 01.06.2020. (Should not have born before 01.06.1973).
• Ex-Servicemen and PHC Candidates should not have completed 50 years as on 01.06.2020 (Should not have born before 01.06.1970)

DMHO, Nellore (District Medical and Health Officer) has issued notification for the posts of Staff Nurse, Lab Technicians Grade 2 and Pharmacists. All the posts will be filled on contract basis / outsourcing basis. Application forms can be downloaded from the link given below. Single application is there for all the posts.

Staff Nurse: 92 posts.
Qualifications: GNM/ B.Sc Nursing from Govt. Recognized Nursing Institute must be Registered in the AP Nursing Council.
Salary: Rs.34000

Lab Technicians Grade 2: 50 posts.
Qualifications: DMLT /B.Sc MLT course from the Govt. recognized Institutions/ Inter Vocational
MLT with one year Apprenticeship from Govt. Institution. Must be Registered in AP Para Medical
Board.
Salary: Rs. 28000

Pharmacists: 22 posts.
Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy from the Govt. recognized Institutions. Must be Registered in AP Pharmacy Council.
Salary: Rs. 28000

Filled in applications shall be submitted in the office of District Medical and Health Officer, Nellore in all working days from 23.06.2020 to 22.07.2020 at 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM along with all required certificates and requisite application fee by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of DM&HO, Nellore payable at Nellore, on or before 22.07. 2020.

Certificate to be submitted:

1. S.S.C or Equivalent examination Marks Memo.
2. Intermediate or 10+2 examination Marks Memo.
3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4. Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)
5. Registration and Renewal certificates of respective councils.
   6 Internship Certificate if any applicable.
6. Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tashildhar/MRO concerned
7. Study certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th Class.
8. In case of Private study residence certificate from the Tashildhar /MRO concerned
   for the above period (4th to 10th Class study period).
9. PH certificate (SADAREM CERTIFICATE) in respect of candidates Claiming
   reservation under PH Quota
10. Sports certificate in respect of candidates claiming under Sports quota.
11. Relevant Certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex Service man Quota
12. 1 photographs duly pasted on the application form with self attestation
13. Copy of appointment order and Service Certificate for in-service candidates who are
    working on contract service with Government under Medical and Health Depart
    should produce service certificate from concerned officer duly counter signed by the
    concerned DM&HO.
