Answer: It is too early to predict the changes in Civil Services Examination 2014. The UPSC has been proposed to change the Civil Services examination in a phased manner. The UPSC do not introduce any changes without thorough discussion and debate.

Moreover, there may not be any radical changes in Civils. The changes will be gradual and will be made after considering the opinions of all stake holders. The UPSC may also announce any changes on it’s website at www.upsc.gov.in .

Answer: The Paper II of the Accounts Officers Written examination is related to concerned subject studied by the candidate at Degree level. This is Commerce subject and questions in this paper will be at the standard of Commerce syllabus in Graduation.

Candidates can follow and study the Commerce syllabus in Intermediate initially and later on can concentrate on the Degree syllabus. After going through the standard text books, you can practice the questions from material available in the open market.

Paper wise syllabus is available on the APPSC website at www.apspsc.gov.in . You can collect the chapter wise material based on the syllabus and get ready simultaneously for the exam. Wish you all the best.
