CSIR – UGC NET June 2016 Notification for JRF and Lectureship

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), in association with University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued notification for National Eligibility Test – June 2016 for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship for research and Ph.D in CSIR organisations across the country. The candidates will also be eligible for assistant professor posts in universities / colleges.

Disciplines: Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Atmospheric Sciences, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences.

Qualifications: Candidates should have masters degree in concerned discipline / subject with at least 55 percent marks. There is no age limit for lectureship. For JRF, candidates upper age limit is 28 years.

Selection will be through all India examination to be conducted on 19th June 2016. Applications can be submitted online from 5th February. Last date for online applications is 1st March 2016.

OJEE 2016 for Degree and PG Admissions in Odisha

OJEE 2016 (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) notification has been released for admission into Degree and PG courses in Government and private professional colleges in Odisha state for the academic year 2016-17. The details of courses, duration and application procedure are given below:

1) B.Pharmacy, BHMS and BAMS: Duration is 4 years. Candidates should have studies biology, physics and chemistry in Intermediate / 10+2.

2) M.tech, M.Arch, MCA and MBA, MAM: Duration of MCA is three years and other courses is two years. Candidates need degree in concerned discipline / subject.

3) Lateral Entry programmes: B.tech, B.Pharmacy and MCA: Duration of MCA is two years and others is three years. Candidates need diploma in relevant discipline.

Selection will be through entrance examination OJEE 2016. Applications can be submitted online from 5th February 2016. Last date for the submission of online applications is 10 March 2016.
