No. These are for UGC - NET. Life Sciences candidates have to appear for CSIR - UGC NET. This exam also has been changed to objective type recently. Last dates to apply for the June 2012 exam is over. Try to apply for December 2012 Exam if you are from Life Sciences.

For paper III, does it mean that each elective will have 75 Objective questions and we can choose any one elective?

You have to choose the subject studied in PG Course. If that paper is not offered in PG, relevant subjects will be allowed. 75 questions will be given from the chosen subject only.

I am an MBA in General Management. I have taken all the HR papers in my PG. However our college offers just MBA and doesnt indicate the specialisation. Am I eligible to write Code 55 ? Could you also please suggest reference books for UGC CODE 55 - Labour welfare and HRM ? Thanks.
