Ph.D. in Osmania University:

To carry out Ph.D. program in OU there are two levels of admission test. First one is candidate has to appear for Ph.D. eligibility test and second one is direct interview for CSIR/ ICMR/ DBT JRFs who are exempted from the eligibility test. Study Options after B.Sc. Biotechnology:

You are in the first step of ladder of Biotech career. Many steps and challenges are ahead. If you are interested in either R and D or academia you should at least complete Ph.D. in Biotechnology from a reputed university. Later you can apply for Post Doc in any good university. Many opportunities are at your door step. But with B.Sc. and M.Sc. you will not get any kind of good job. You can get good placements in academia and R and D after completion of Post doc or Ph.D. with good remuneration. If you are not interested in Research please do not opt for Ph.D. just for job purpose.
