Delhi University UG Admissions – Online Applications and Cut Offs 2012

The much awaited UG admission process for Delhi University Colleges has been announced. The online application process for UG programmes for the academic session 2012-13 will be enabled at DU’s website https://ugadmissions.du.ac.in/ . You can also apply through Common Pre-Admission forms (OMR). These forms are available at 12 head post offices in Delhi and 10 colleges for General and OBC categories. Here are details of cut off dates and colleges.

Delhi University admission process for the academic year 2012-13 started on 4 June 2012. The common Pre-Admission forms will be available for sale till 18 June 2012. There are about 54, 000 seats in more than 60 colleges spread across Delhi. The famous colleges include LSR College, Venkateswara College, Rajdhani College, St. Stephens College, Shyam Lal College etc. Cost of application is Rs. 100 for General and OBC candidates. The designated post offices will sell and receive thje completed application forms from 10 am- 4 pm. The same process will be done at colleges from 10 am- 1 pm.

The reserved category candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories can submit their application forms at 4 centres. These are at Arts Faculty (North and South campuses of Delhi University), Rajdhani College, and Shyam Lal College during 9.30 am to 2 pm. Colleges can also issue individual admission forms to Sports / ECA category candidates. PH candidates can submit filled in forms at Office of Dean, Student Welfare (North Campus), Conference Centre opp. Botany Department, Gate no. 4, University of Delhi. Here are dates of cut offs:

1. First Cut Off list: 26 June 2012
2. Second Cut Off list: 29 June 2012
3. Similar Cut Off lists: 3 July 2012, 6 July 2012 and 10 July 2012.
