  7. to whom it may concern,

I am writing from Iran, I have BA in English Language Translation, and MA in political science, here are my questions:
Am I eligible to apply for M.phil. in translation studies?
in minimum qualifications for admission it says:”proficiency in two languages reflected either in previous qualification or at the entrance examination for this m.phil”, what languages? what do you mean by previous qualification? I am proficient in English and Persian, can I apply?
    many thanks.
