Sorry for the delay in response. You did not mention whether you want to do M.Phil / Ph.D. from OU or HCU? If you are thinking of HCU, it has very regular admission schedule. Notification comes in March / April every year and admissions for the current year are going on. So, you may need to apply next year. If you have JRF, you can try to join in December 2011 / January 2012 session at HCU. We can not predict admission schedule at OU as the dates vary every year. You can keep browsing this or other relevant sites for notification details.

You can try under Part Time category as there is a provision for the working candidates. You need to mention that while applying in response to the notification. Application deadlines for the year 2011-2012 are over. You can try next year. All the best!

University of Hyderabad is not offering Ph.D. in the discipline of Education. But you can do research in education related topics in the School of Social Sciences. Application process for 2011-2012 is completed. You can try next year.
