University of Calcutta – Admissions into MBA Programmes 2016

University of Calcutta, Kolkata is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admissions into MBA programmes for the academic year 2016-17. Candidates will be short-listed for group discussion and personal interview based on merit in the test score.

MBA Programme (Human Resource Development) : 20 seats.
Eligibility : Applicants should have Graduation in Engineering / Technology / Medical Science / Professional courses with a valid CAT / MAT / JEMET score.
Duration of course : Two years.

The application fee is Rs. 1500 in the form of DD drawn in favour of University of Calcutta and payable at Kolkata which should be enclosed along with application form.

Ph.D Programmes in University of Calcutta 2016

Applications are invited by the University of Calcutta, Kolkata for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the year 2016-17. There are 40 vacancies in the department of Botany. The selection process will consist of entrance test and interview.

Applicants must have Masters Degree in Botany with minimum 55 percent marks in aggregate. Candidates with a valid UGC NET / SLET / SET score is preferable. Duration of programme is three years. Last date for the receipt of filled in application form is 30th June, 2016.

Eligible candidates should apply to the Department of Botany, University of Calcutta, 35 Ballyagunge Circular Road, Kolkata – 700 019 along with duly filled in application form and photocopies of mark sheets. Entrance test and interview will be held on 12th and 22nd July, 2016 respectively.
