Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship Scheme 2012

Applications are inviting from eligible candidates for the Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship to work in overseas research institutions. Fellowships are offered by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Fellowships are offered in the discipline of biotechnology (Agriculture, Bio – Engineering, Bioinformatics, Energy, Health Sciences, Environment).

Eligibility : Applicant must have Ph.D. / M.D. / M. Tech / M.VSc. or equivalent with minimum 3 years of post – doctoral research experience in overseas research laboratories. Applicants age should be below 55 years. Duration of fellowship is 5 years.

The prescribed application forms are available on website : www.dbtindia.nic.in. Downloaded completed application form along with self attested copies of certificates in support of qualification, age and experience should be sent to Dr. Meenakshi Munshi, Director, Department of Biotechnology, Block – 2, 7th Floor, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi -110 003, Email : rlsfellowship.dbt@nic.in. CCRT Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2013

Center for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) is inviting applications for the award of scholarships under Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2013. The scholarship is applicable for the candidates in the disciplines of Music, Dance, Drama, Painting and Sculpture.

Number of scholarships are 520. Scholarship amount for year is Rs.3600. Candidates will also get an additional amount of Rs.9000 per year under the provision of Specialised Training Tuition fee. Scholarship scheme will be renewed for every two years after the satisfactory performance of the candidate.

Scholarship will be continued till the end of the Graduation or till attaining 20 years of age. Candidates should have expertise in the chosen field. Age must be between 10 – 14 years.

Applications can be obtained from CCRT website at www.ccrtindia.gov.in or can get from CCRT Regional Centers. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 31st December 2012.
