Chattisgarh Kamdhenu Viswavidyalaya, Durg has issued admission notification for various courses offered by the faculty of veterinary science and animal husbandry and faculty of dairy technology for the academic year 2013-14. Following are the details of courses and application procedure:

1. M.V.Sc. / Ph.D. programmes: Veterinary Anatomy and Histology / Veterinary Physiology / Veterinary Microbiology / Animal Nutrition / Animal Genetics and Breeding / Veterinary Public Health / Veterinary Surgery and Radiology etc.

2. M.Tech: Dairy Engineering / Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry / Dairy Microbiology etc.

The admission will be through common entrance examination to be held on 20th August 2013. Application forms can be downloaded from the website at www.cgkv.ac.in . Filled in forms should reach ‘The Registrar, Chattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya, Anjora, Durg – 491 001, Chattisgarh. Last date for the receipt of applications is 12 August 2013.

Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD), New Delhi is inviting applications for the award of Fellowships for Doctoral Work. Last date for the receipt of applications is 13th September 2013.

Fellowship for Doctoral Work in Criminology and Police Science is offered by the institute. Eligibility: Applicants should have Masters Degree with first or second class marks in Criminology, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Social Anthropology, Public Administration, Political Science, Law and Police Administration. They must have qualified in NET / SLET.

Age limit is 30 – 35 Years. Duration of the fellowship is 3 Years.
Selection will be based on merit.
