TAPMI Manipal-PGDM Admissions 2011-12

TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, Karnataka issued Admission Notification 2011-12 for its two full time residential programmes. Both the programmes are recognised by AICTE and duration is 2 years. The TAPMI is one amongst the few top B-Schools offering full-time PGDM (Healthcare Management Programme). TAPMI has been ranked 15th top B-School in India by The Week Rankings. Selection will be based on initial short listing of candidates based on CAT/ GMAT scores and second stage consisting of Group-discussion / Case Analysis / Interviews. There will be separate Entrance Test for PGDM-HCM course called TAPMI Admission Test (TAT) to be held during February 2011. Following are details of the programmes:

1. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) – 180 Seats
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Healthcare Management) – PGDM (HCM) – 60 Seats

Eligibility: Applicants should have three-year (10+2+3) Degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate. Candidates with Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accounting and Company Secretary qualifications also can apply. Those appearing for final year exams also eligible.

Aplications and Prospectus are available at designated branches of Axis Bank, Syndicate Bank, IMS Learning resources, Career Launcher, T.I.M.E, Career Forum and Erudite centers. Candidates can also apply online through official website www.tapmi.edu.in.

Last date for receipt of filled in applications: 31st January 2011.

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be graduates in any discipline / subject. They should have secured minimum 60 percent marks. Those completing their final year exams by June 6, 2011 also can apply. Admission will be through XAT 2011 to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur. You can register for XAT through www.xlri.net.in . Last date for XAT 2011 registrations is 30 November 2010.

Candidates have to apply for LIBA separately. Application fee is Rs. 1000. You have to take a DD in favour of ‘LIBA Chennai’ payable at Chennai and need to register online at www.liba.edu by giving DD details. You can also avail applications from any of the IMS learning center. Your applications along with DD and other prescribed details should reach ‘Admissions Office, LIBA, Loyola College, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600034’ on or before 31st January 2011.
