Applications are invited for admission into various Para Medical Courses in Karnataka Colleges for the academic year 2014-15. The colleges conducting admission are Govt. Medical Colleges at Bangalore, Mandya, Shimoga, Mysore, Bellary, Belgaum, Hubli, Bidar, Hassan, Raichur, Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospital, Bangalore, Govt. Dental College, Bangalore and also Govt. quota seats in Private Para Medical Colleges.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology
Diploma in Health Inspector
Diploma in Dental Hygiene
Diploma in Medical Records Technology
Diploma in Medical X-Ray Technology
Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology

Diploma in Dialysis Technology

Minimum Qualification: Candidates should have passed in II PUC / S.S.L.C./ X – Standard. Applicants should have studied at least 7 years in Karnataka, from 1st standard to 10th standard or PUC.

PGIMER Chandigarh Paramedical Courses Admissions 2012-13

Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh has announced admission notification 2012-13 for various pare medical courses. The academic session will commence from 1st September 2012. PGIMER is one of the leading medical training institutes in the country. Here are details of courses, seats and application procedure:

1. B.Sc Med Tech. Laboratory: 23 seats
2. B.Sc. Med Tech Radio diagnosis and Imaging – with / without stipend: 15 seats
3. B.Sc. Med Tech Radiotherapy: 8 seats
4. B.Sc. Med Tech Operation Theatre: 4 seats
5. B.Sc. Med Tech Perfusionist without stipend: 2 seats
6. Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP): 9 seats
7. Bachelor of Physical Therapies: 15 seats

Age should be between 17 – 25 years as on 31st August 2012. Interested candidates can download application forms from pgimer.nic.in . Filled in applications along with relevant enclosures should be sent to Registrar, PGIMER, Chandigarh. Last date is 27th June 2012.
