NMAT 2013 for MBA and PGDM Admissions at Narsee Monjee Campuses

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is inviting applications for admission into SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (School of Business Management) through NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT 2013). NMIMS is offering highly specialized and wide range of MBA programs in both general management and sectoral areas. NMIMS has campuses at Bangalore and Hyderabad. Following are details of name of programs, number of seats, qualification and application procedure.

1) MBA : 360 seats.
2) MBA Banking : 60 seats.
3) MBA Capital Market : 60 seats.
4) MBA HR : 30 seats.
5) MBA Pharmaceutical Management : 120 seats.
6) PGDM – Bengaluru Campus : 120 seats.
&) PGDM – Hyderabad Campus : 60 seats.

Eligibility : Applicants must have minimum 50 percent marks in Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized University. Candidates will be short-listed based on their rank in NMAT 2013 and course an campus preferences. Short listed candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview to be held at Mumbai only.

Registration fee is Rs.1650/-( for normal registration for either MBA Full Time – Mumbai Campus or PGDM), Rs. 2000/- (for both MBA Full Time – Mumbai Campus and PGDM). Fee should be paid through Credit card or Cash at bank or Demand Draft. NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) will be held at all the major cities in India.

NMAT 2012 will be conducted in a time frame of 3 months starting from 31st October 2011. NMIMS will also admit foreign students and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) on the basis of GMAT scores. Admissions to all the above mentioned programs are through NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) scores. The short listed candidates will be called fro Group Discussions/ Personal Interview. The online registration for NMAT 2012-13 will start from 1st August 2011. NMIMS also offer Management Programs in Part – Time / Distance mode apart from exclusive Executive Management Programmes for working Professionals.

Eligibility Requirement for NMAT 2012-13: Except for Actuarial Science and Pharmaceutical Management Courses, applicants should have Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50 percent marks. For MBA Actuarial Science, Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics / Engineering /Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate in first attempt. C.A. and ICWA qualified candidates also can apply.

There will be a separate selection process for MBA in Pharmaceutical Management. Applicants need Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical doctors MBBS, BDS, BSMS, BHMS, Life Sciences, BAMS, BUMS, B.Sc and M.Sc in Biotechnology with at least 50 percent marks.
