CBSE Aadhaar Helpline Centers for JEE Main 2017 Applicants

The Government of India has set up Aadhaar Helpline Centers for JEE Main candidates. The CBSE has made it mandatory for all the candidates those applying for JEE Main 2017 to submit aadhaar number and details of name, date of birth etc.

There will be lakhs of students who still do not have Aadhaar Cards due to various reasons. Considering this, CBSE is taking measures to set up special Aadhaar helpline centers in all major towns and cities.

The CBSE has informed that the candidates who do not have Aadhaar numbers can approach the helpline centers available on the website www.uidai.gov.in . CBSE Aadhaar helpline centers will be available on www.jeemain.nic.in .

Students can apply with the 28 digit registration number also if they did not get aadhaar number soon after registration. They need to enter the registration number at the time of application submission.

JEE Main 2016 Final Ranks by CBSE after Weightage

The Central Board of Secondary Education will release JEE Main 2016 ranks on 23rd June 2016. The JEE Main 2016 ranks after due weightage for 10+2 / Intermediate marks will be announced on the website www.jeemain.nic.in .

The JEE Main examinations were held offline on 3rd April and online on 9th and 10th April 2016. The CBSE will announce final ranks on Thursday.

About 12 lakhs candidates have appeared for JEE Main examination across the country. 1.32 lakhs students were appeared for JEE main from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

JEE Marks were announced recently and students from AP and Telangana excelled in that results. The final ranks may changes slightly after adding weightage to Intermediate / 10+2 marks to JEE Main marks.
