JOSAA Opening and Closing Ranks for IITs, NITs, IIIT and GFTIs for 2016 and 2015

The candidates those waiting for JEE Advanced and JEE Main counseling can check the chances of getting seat in respective institutions by knowing the previous cut offs. JOSAA has uploaded the opening and closing ranks of JEE Advanced and JEE Main counseling of the year 2016 and 2015.

Previous and closing ranks (cut offs) for general, sc, st, obc, PWD and other reserved categories candidates is also available on JOSAA portal. The participating institutions are offering 4 years and 5 years courses in engineering and sciences.

The opening and closing ranks for all the major branches of engineering such as Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Information Technology are available for the use of the candidates.

Candidates can check the JEE Advanced and JEE Main Cut Offs (Opening and Closing Ranks) category-wise, gender-wise, institution-wise and also branch-wise. Duration of the course and name of the program are displayed along with institution.

JEE Main 2016 Final Ranks by CBSE after Weightage

The Central Board of Secondary Education will release JEE Main 2016 ranks on 23rd June 2016. The JEE Main 2016 ranks after due weightage for 10+2 / Intermediate marks will be announced on the website www.jeemain.nic.in .

The JEE Main examinations were held offline on 3rd April and online on 9th and 10th April 2016. The CBSE will announce final ranks on Thursday.

About 12 lakhs candidates have appeared for JEE Main examination across the country. 1.32 lakhs students were appeared for JEE main from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

JEE Marks were announced recently and students from AP and Telangana excelled in that results. The final ranks may changes slightly after adding weightage to Intermediate / 10+2 marks to JEE Main marks.
