Eligibility : Graduation in any professional courses with a valid CAT score. Candidates who are studying of their final year Degree may also eligible to apply.
Duration of programme : 2 years.

IISWBM Kolkata PGD in Sports Management Admissions 2012-13

Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata is inviting applications for admission to Post Graduate Diploma Course in Sports Management (PGDSM) for the Academic Session 2012-2013. Interested and eligible candidates can download prescribed Admission Form from the institute’s website at www.iiswbm.edu. Filled in forms should be sent to Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Management House, College Square West, Kolkata-700 073 along with a DD for Rs. 650 drawn in favour of IISWBM and payable at Kolkata. Cost of application at the institute is Rs. 600. Following are other details:

Eligibility Requirements: Post Graduate Diploma Course in Sports Management is a full time programme. Duration is one year. The programme is organised by University of Calcutta and conducted by IISWBM on a self- financing basis. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in the pattern of 10+2+3 preferably with Honours in Arts / Science / Commerce / Business Administration OR Bachelor’s Degree in 10+2+4 pattern in Engineering / Technology / Law / Professional Courses / Medical Science or its equivalent. Candidates with sports background will be preferred. Age should be below 30 years. Fee is Rs.1,10,000.

Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in written exam, group discussions and interviews. Number of seats are 30. Interested candidates can apply in the prescribed format mentioned above. Last date for the issue and receipts of applications is 1st June 2012.
