ICAI Results-CPT June 2012 and CA Final May 2012 Results

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi has announced CPT Results of the examination held in June 2012. The results of CA Final Examinations also have been released on 19th July 2012. CA Final examinations were held in May 2012. The results of CPT June 2012 and Final Examinations May 2012 can be accessed from http://caresults.nic.in/ . Merit lists of the candidates are available on the website. You can check the same by entering your 6 Digit Roll Number in the prescribed box.

ICAI Results through Mail: Candidates can now get their CPT and CA Final Examinations results through email http://resultsbymail.nic.in/caresults_jul_12/camailreg.asp . You have to enter your name, roll number, email id and choose the exam (CPT / Final). This is the simple registration process. You will be emailed by ICAI with your results of the respective examination.

Chartered Accountancy (CA) has been gaining popularity in the recent past thanks to the liberalization of finance and banking sectors. Companies in all the major sectors are facing Accountants crunch. There is a huge dearth of qualified Chartered Accountants as only 10-15 percent of candidates who appeared for the examinations will clear the test. CAs are also finding good careers in the software and IT industry.

ICAI Examinations Schedule PCE, IPCE in May – CPT on 17th June 2012

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi has announced examinations schedules for PCE (Professional Competence Examination), IPCE (Integrated Professional Competence Examination) and IRM (Insurance and Risk Management) to be commenced from 2nd May 2012 and will be closed on 17th May 2012. The candidates can fill the online application forms at icaiexam.icai.org.

The PCE, IPCE and IRM examinations will be held between 2 – 17th May 2012 in 135 cities in India and 4 cities abroad. The sale of application forms along with information booklets for the above mentioned examinations of ICAI has already started from 6th February 2012. The last date for the receipt of completed application forms is 29th February 2012 (without late fee) and 7th March 2012 (with late fee).

Candidates can register for examinations online through icaiexam.icai.org. The cost of examination form Rs. 500 is exempted if the candidate opt for online mode of application. The ICAI has also announced that the next CPT (Common Proficiency Test) will be held on 17th June 2012 in 137 cities in India and 5 cities abroad. The sale of application forms for the CPT will commence from 4th April 2012. The last for the submission of online application forms is 25th April 2012. Fee of Rs. 500 will be exempted if the candidate apply online through icaiexam.icai.org.
