GATE 2014 Notification and Online Registrations from 2nd September

GATE 2014 Details The IITs have announced GATE 2014 examination notification. The examination is aimed at providing admission into M.Tech and Dual Degree Masters programmes for the academic year 2014-15. IITs, NITs and several other premier institutions in the country consider GATE scores for admission into masters programmes. Examination will be in Online mode only for all the papers from this year.

Eligibility: Applicants should have Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Pharmacy (Post – Diploma / Post B.Sc / 4 years after 10+2). Candidates studying final year of these programmes are also eligible.

Masters degree holders in any branch of science / mathematics / statistics / computer applications or equivalent degree can also apply. Those in final year of such courses also can apply.

Important Dates:
1. Start of online application process: 2nd September 2013
2. Last date for the submission of online application: 3rd October 2013
3. Receipt of application with supporting documents: 10th October 2013
4. Date of GATE 2014 examination: 1st February and 2nd February 2014. The detailed schedule will be updated on the website.
