Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University MDS Admissions 2013

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University (SBVU), Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences (IGIDS), Pondicherry has announced notification for admission into MDS course for the academic year 2013. Closing date for the submission of application form is 4th March, 2013.

MDS courses are offered in the discipline of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge, Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Medicine and Radiology and Periodontology.

Qualification : BDS Degree from a recognized institute.
Duration of course : Three years.
Mode of selection : Entrance test to be held on 9th March, 2013.
Application fee : Rs. 1500 in the form of DD drawn in favour of Registrar, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University and payable at Pondicherry.

MGPIDS Pondicherry MDS Admissions 2013-14

Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences (MGPIDS), Pondicherry has announced notification for admission into MDS for the academic session 2013 – 14. The selection will be made through Postgraduate Dental Entrance Test – 2013 to be held on 20th January, 2013 at MGPIDS, Pondicherry.

PG courses are offered in the specialty of Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Medicine and Radiology, Conservative Dentistry, Periodontics and Prosthodontics.

Qualification : BDS or equivalent. Candidates are required to registration with Dental Council. Candidates should have completed their Internship.
Duration of course : Three years.
Application fee : Rs. 2000. It should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences and payable at Puducherry.

Application procedure : Eligible candidates should apply in the prescribed format (available on website : http://mgpgi.puducherry.gov.in) along with required necessary documents and fee DD to The Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Gorimedu,
Puducherry – 605 006. Last date for the receipt of filled in application form is 11th January, 2013.
