ICSI Foundation- Executive Courses Admissions 2011

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announced admission for Company Secretary Course and Executive Program for the year 2011-12. ICSI is the central body to regulate, supervise and organise Company Secretary training and examinations in India. The ICSI inviting applications for the Foundation Program which will allow to enter into the Company Secretary Course. The career of Company Secretary is gaining demand as most of the small, medium and large companies are appointing Company Secretaries. Following are details of admissions and eligibility:

1. Foundation Programme; Eligibility: Should have passed in Intermediate / 10+2.
2. Executive Programme: Eligibility: Should have Graduation in any discipline.

Interested candidates can apply in prescribed format. Applications and information brochures are available at ICSI Chapters across the country and at all regional Chapters of ICSI. ICSI also offer oral coaching program for the interested candidates. You can also prefer for postal coaching through which ICSI shall send its standard material.

1. Last date to apply for foundation programme: 31st March 2011
2. Last date to apply for Executive programme: 28th February 2011

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the chief body to train, regulate and to conduct examinations for Company Secretary Education in India. The profession of Company Secretary is gaining importance as the role of CS has been expanding in the operations of a Company. The ICSI has regional offices/ councils across the country.

Interested candidates can register their names with any of the ICSI offices. Acquiring ICSI membership is a three stage process. Candidates with Intermediate OR 10+2 qualifications can register for the foundation level program. Following is the list of ICSI regional Councils.
