I have completed B.Sc. (BZC). I would like to pursue PG in Bio-tech / Agri Bio-tech/ Environmental Science. Please advice me which subject is better among these in terms of jobs, and where to study?

All the subjects are having their own importance. As you have not studied agricultural science in your degree, it is tough to enter in that field now. Environment science is again a narrow discipline so you can opt for bio tech in general.

You can choose the entrance tests for JNU to get admission in any one of the Universities comes under it or in the similar Universities you can try individually.You can follow the link for more details http://www.jnu.ac.in . From Job point of view Agri Biotech is the first one followed by Biotech and Environmental sciences.

With a Bachelor degree like B.Sc it’s not much easy to enter in the Biotechnology industry, still you can search job in the technical assistance grade.
