Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Patna has announced notification for admission in to B.Arch programme for the academic year 2012 – 13. There are 20 seats and these will be filled through Institutional Counseling. Duration of the programme is five years (10 Semesters). Selection will be based on the all India rank in AIEEE 2012. Candidate must have proficiency in written and spoken English.
Eligibility: Applicants should have 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent qualification. They should have studied Mathematics and passed with minimum 50 percent marks. Candidate must have qualified in AIEEE 2012 and having AIR of 25,000 (in Architecture stream).
Prescribed application forms are available at website www.bitmesra.ac.in. Eligible candidates can download and print the application form. Filled in application forms along with required enclosures and a fee of Rs.2,500/- (for General) and Rs.1,500/- (for SC / ST) should be sent to Dean, Admission and Academic Coordination, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi – 835215. Fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Birla Institute of Technology and payable at Patna. Selected candidates will have to submit all original documents at the time of admission.
