National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela / Rourkee is one of the oldest engineering institutes in the country. The institute is earlier known as Regional Engineering College Rourkee (REC). It was later changed as NIT Rourkela. The institute is offering 5 year Integrated / Dual Degree courses in various disciplines along with B.Tech in different streams.
