AIEEE Cut Offs

National Institute of Technology, Patna (Bihar) is known to be a good institute for Mechanical Engineering. The NIT Patna admits students into B.Tech programmes based on the ranks in AIEEE entrance examinations. Central Counseling Board (CCB) will conduct counseling for the AIEEE qualified candidates. Here we are giving cut offs / last ranks / opening and closing ranks of NIT Patna in the counseling held during 2011-12. Cut offs for all India and Home State quotas for OC, OBC, SC, ST and PH categories are given in the below table / image:

NIT Patna is offering Following branches in Engineering at B.Tech level: Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Electronics and Communications Engineering. Based on the previous year cut offs, we can say that Mechanical Engineering is the most sought after one in the institute followed by CSE and ECE.

Assam University Silchar (Assam) is offering Agricultural Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication and Information Technology (IT). Admission to these courses will be based on AIEEE ranks and through counseling by CCB (Central Counseling Board). Following are cut off ranks of Assam University Engineering courses for the year 2011-12. Last ranks / opening and closing ranks for Open, OBC, ST, SC and PH categories are given below.

Cut off ranks for Home State and All India categories are provided by CCB based on the last year admissions. All India ranks only will be considered for the counseling.
