NTPC Southern Region Electron Quiz – 2018 will be held at JNTU Hyderabad (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) on September 12. The event will start from 2.30 pm.
Colleges in South India:
The NTPC Electron quiz competition is open to students of engineering colleges and business management schools / colleges located in South India. Each engineering and management college / institute are eligible to sponsor teams. Each team will be consisting of two students for the regional level competition.
Subjects for Quiz:
The subject areas for NTPC Electron Quiz are broadly from the world of corporate business, news events of national and international importance, general knowledge, films and entertainment, sports etc.
There will be two rounds in regional level competition. Teams will be selected for regional level final round based on their performance in the qualifying written round. Six teams will be selected for regional final round which will be conducted on the same day.
Prizes Details:
There will be prizes for winning and runner up teams in final round. Winning team will get prizes worth Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000 for first runner up team and Rs 10,000 for second runner up team.
National Level Competition:
The top three winners teams from the Southern regional round will be selected for the national level competition. National level competition will be held on 18 September 2018 at New Delhi.
