Chances are high to get a seat in KV if parents of the child are in Central Services / PSUs. If you have a single girl child, you can also try in that category. So, you can expect a seat in that KV !
Kindly let me know when the application forms will be issued for admission to 3rd standard in KV, Malleswaram, Bangalore and the procedure and documents required during admission since I am an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Army. Also let me know which KV will be nearest to Rajaji Nagar Industrial Town.

It is possible. Go through the transfer policy of KVS and contact the Principal at the KV near HAL.
