The admission process for Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools (KVs) across the country would start from February 2015. The CBSE would issue KV admission guidelines for the academic year 2015-16 and the schools across the country will have to follow these guidelines. All the schools follow CBSE syllabus and textbooks prepared by NCERT, which are known as the best books for school education.
KV Schools Age Criteria for all classes

KV Schools Admission Procedure
The Government is proposed to reserve 25 percent of seats to Economically Weaker Sections of the Society under EWS category. This will be implemented as per the guidelines of Right to Education Act (RTE) of Central Government. The admission process will be completed by March 2015.
There are 1100 Kendriya Vidyalayas in the country. Out of these 80 KVs are located in NCR region of New Delhi. About 1 lakh students will be admitted in Class I across the country.
The KVs are following EWS and neighborhood education policy from the year 2014-15. Remaining guidelines will be as per the previous year admission process. It is also decided to do away with entrance test for Class VIII admissions.

Is it not too early to join her in any formal school! Let her enjoy her childhood.
Moreover, KVs do not offer pre-school education. You can join her in a near by pre school and try for 1st class in KV.

You will be in last category of priority as per the KV criteria as you are working in a private company. Even though, there is nothing wrong in trying as some schools give good number of seats for general category as well.
