UGC (University Grants Commission) and Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) have announced joint CSIR – UGC notification for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (NET) for the session December 2014. The examination will be conducted across the country on 21st December 2014.
Following are the streams in which UGC – CSIR NET will be held:
1) Chemical Sciences
2) Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences
3) Life Sciences
4) Mathematical Sciences
5) Physical Sciences
6) Engineering Sciences
Candidates should have Post Graduation in concerned subject with minimum 55 percent marks.
Interested candidates can apply online only through the website www.csirhrdg.res.in from 22nd July 2014. Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 12th August 2014. For more information, see the website.
