The results of JEE Main Examination 2013 will be released on 7th May 2013. The examination was conducted on 7th April across the country and more than 10 lakhs candidates appeared for the prestigious examination. The CBSE officials have informed that the results for both offline and online exams will be announced on 7th May.
The JEE experts have analysed the examination and opined that the physics paper has been tougher than the expected. The questions from Mathematics and Chemistry subjects were easy compared with Physics.
In Andhra Pradesh, about 1.20 lakhs candidates appeared for the JEE Main examination in Warangal, Khammam, Guntur and Tirupati centers. It is also observed that the length of questions in Maths is more and took much time to answer.
The cut offs for general category to appear for JEE Advanced will be around 225 marks. Other categories candidates may require minimum 200 marks to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2013. It is also observed that about 35000 candidates may qualify for JEE Advanced from Andhra Pradesh.
