The Institution of Permanent Way Engineers (India), New Delhi has announced notification for admission into the Correspondence Course of Diploma in Railway Engineering for the academic session 2012-13. Duration of the course is one year.
Eligibility for Railway and Non-Railway persons : Applicants must have passed in 10th class or equivalent with maths or science along with minimum three years of experience over Railways or minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline or Graduation in Science / Engineering or Degree with Maths or Science as one of the compulsory subjects in Intermediate.
Prescribed application form can be obtained from the office of IPWE (India) or at associate office in Baroda House, New Delhi by payment of Rs.100 in cash or after sending Bank Draft of Rs.150 drawn in favour of IPWE (India) and payable at New Delhi. filled in application form along with attested copies of relevant documents should be sent to The Institution of Permanent Way Engineers (India), Room No.G – 11, Rail Bhavan, Raisina Road, New Delhi – 110 001. Last date for the receipt of completed application form is 15th October, 2012. The class will be started from 15th May, 2012.
