Institute of Nano Science and Technology (INST), Punjab has announced notification for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2015-16. The prescribed application forms can be downloaded from the website : http://inst.ac.in/admission.php.
Course details : Ph.D programme in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
Eligibility : Post Graduation in Science / Engineering and have a valid GATE / CSIR / UGC – NET / JEST / JGEEBILS / ICMR – JRF / DBT – JRF / DST – INSPIRE / GPAT score.
The application fee is Rs. 450 in the form of DD drawn in favour of Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali and payable either at Mohali / at Chandigarh. Last date for the submission of application form is 24th April, 2015.
Duly filled in application form along with relevant documents and fee DD should reach the Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Phase- 10, Sector- 64, Mohali, Punjab – 160 062 or send by email at : apply@inst.ac.in.
I am completed my pg with organic chemistry.now I would like to know may I eligible for do nano science. may I do without csir .may I join in this programme. am interested to learn new&do something new&I want to join in this program. actually am not have that much of knowledge. but I have a interest.

You can try for admission. But it will be difficult to pursue Ph.D without any fellowship. Better get a fellowship or funding from other courses / projects.
