Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admissions into Ph.D and Integrated M.Tech-Ph.D programmes for the academic session 2016-17.
1. Ph.D programme – Astronomy and Astrophysics.
Duration of course : 3 years.
2. Integrated M.Tech – Ph.D programme – Astronomy and Astrophysics.
Duration of course : 5 years.
Applicants must have Masters Degree in Physics / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / Integrated Physics. The selection process will consist of entrance test and interview.
Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://www.iiap.res.in. Closing date for the submission of online application is 20th November, 2015. Entrance test will be held on 12th December, 2015.
