Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur is invites applications from eligible candidates for Ph.D Scholarships, 2015 for students who are pursuing their Ph.D programmes in various disciplines for the academic year 2015-16.
Eligibility :
1. Ph. D (Engineering) : M.Tech / ME / BE / BS (4 year) / M.Sc in the respective area or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or Post Graduation in Sciences with a valid GATE score may also apply.
2. Ph.D (Sciences and HSS) : M.Sc / BE / BS (4year) / MA in relevant or allied area with a valid GATE / UGC / CSIR score.
3. Ph.D (Management) : Post Graduation in Management / relevant disciplines in Engineering / Technology / Graduation in Engineering / Science (4 year).
4. Ph.D (Design) : Post Graduation in Engineering / Technology / Design.
The application fee is Rs. 400 in the form of DD drawn in favour of The Registrar IIT Kanpur and payable at Kanpur. Scholarship worth Rs. 25000 for 1st two year and Rs. 28000 per month for another 2 years.
