Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) issued Admission Notification for January 2011 and July 2011 Sessions for Ph.D., M.Phil. Masters, Bachelors, Post Graduate Diploma, Diplomas and PG Certificate courses in various disciplines and subjects. IGNOU is the world’s largest open university and offering more than 120 courses in distance mode of education. IGNOU will release separate notification for admission to B.Ed. Course for the academic year 2011-12. The notification is likely to be released during June 2011. There will be a all India level common entrance exam for screening the candidates.

Hi Neha, IGNOU is not offering M.Phil. in Commerce. Ph.D. in Commerce is available. Candidates with M.Phil OR Master Degree in relevant discipline+ minimum 5 years teaching / research experience are eligible. You can apply at any time of the year to ‘The Registrar, Student Registration Division (SRD), Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068’.
