Applications are invited by the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Assam for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2015-16. The selection process will consist of entrance test and interview.
Ph.D programes : In Advanced Materials Science, Bio-Diversity and Econ Systems, Mathematical and Computational Science.
Duration of programme : 4 years.
Eligibility : Applicants must have Masters Degree in Physics / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Maths or BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT. Candidates with a valid CSIR / UGC NET / DBT / ICMR / ICAR JRF are exception from the entrance test.
