Indian Council of Philosophical research has announced notification for junior research fellowships for the year 2013 – 2014. The fellowships will be awarded for pursuing Ph.d in philosophy.

Selected candidates will get a fellowship of Rs. 16000 per month during JRF period. After that they will be eligible to get Rs. 18000 per month as senior research fellow.

Applicants should have post Graduation in philosophy and they must have registered for Ph.d programme in any recognised university.

Selection will be based on the performance of the candidates to be held in new Delhi. Applications can be downloaded from the website www.icpr.nic.in . Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 6th December 2013.

Indian society for technical education, andhra pradesh chapter (ISTEAP) is inviting applications for awards in various categories. The categories include best teacher, student, principal etc.

interested students and teachers can apply after going through the details available on the website www.isteap.org.in .

Engineering and polytechnic students and teachers are eligible to apply for these awards. Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 5 October 2013.
