AP 10th – SSC Results 2012, Recounting, Reverification, Revaluation and Supplementary Exams

10th Class Results in Andhra Pradesh is likely to be released on 25th or 26th May 2012. The SSC / Tenth Class results will be announced by Department of School Education on the said dates. The results can be obtained from the website www.eenadu.net, eenadupratibha.com, sakshi.com, sakshieducation.com, andhrajyothy.com, schools9.com, manabadi.com, results.cgg.gov.in, examresults.ap.nic.in etc. Following are details of Junior colleges and recounting, reverification and revaluation along with supplementary exams schedule.

It is estimated that more than 10 lakhs students appeared for 10th Class examinations in Andhra Pradesh. Candidates are eagerly waiting for the results as they have to make up their mind on joining in a good Junior College for Intermediate.

There are number of corporate junior colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. These are Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, Narayana Group of Colleges, Sri Gayathti Academy, NRI Academy etc. Most of these institutions offer fee waiver schemes and scholarships for the meritorious students with more than 500 marks in SSC.

Supplementary Exams: The Department of School education will release supplementary exams schedule on the date of release of SSC results. Candidates can apply for recounting, re-verification and revaluation of answer sheets in the prescribed format. Fee for re-verification for each paper is Rs. 500.

AP Residential Schools 5th Class Admissions 2012 – AP Gurukul Schools

Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions Society (APRES), Hyderabad has announced notification for admission to 5th Class (English Medium) offered by Residential Schools (Gurukul Schools) in AP for the academic year 2012-13. State syllabus will be followed in these schools. The course is available in all the Gurukul Schools in General, BC and Minority categories. Following are details of selection and application procedure:

Selection will be based on the lottery system to be conducted by District Collectors at their respective district offices. Eligibility: OC, BC and Minority candidates born between September 1, 2001 and 31st August 2003 are eligible to apply. They should have enrolled in any Govt. or Govt. recognized Schools in Andhra Pradesh. Students must have studied lower classed during 2010-11 and 2011-12.

Applicants parental income for the financial year 2011-12 should be below Rs. 60000. Wards of armed forces personnel will be exempted from parent’s income condition. Applications can be obtained from all the residential schools (Gurukul Schools) from 27th February 2012 and 19th March 2012. Cost of application is Rs. 40. Filled in applications forms along with relevant copies of certificates should be sent to Convener of the concerned district. Last date for the receipt of completed applications: 21st March 2012
Lottery for the selection: On 3rd April 2012.
Counseling: 4th April 2012.
