AIPGMEE 2014 for MD, MS, PG Diploma Admissions 2014-15

Applications are invites for admissions into MD / MS / Post Graduate Diploma Courses through All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination – 2014. Last date is 13 November 2013.

1. MD / MS: Duration is three years
2. Diploma: Duration is two years
Eligibility: A candidate, who holds M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized medical college.
Examination Fee: Rs.3750/-
Application Process: Candidates can apply On-line process.

The scheme for selection of candidates for admission to All India 50% quota MD/MS/Diploma Seats – 2014 Admission Session shall be applicable to all Medical Colleges / Institutions throughout the country and no Medical College / Institution shall hereafter conduct competitive entrance examination of its own for these seats on all-India basis, except the States of Jammu and Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh.

CBSE to conduct AIPMT 2014 Medical Entrance on 4 May

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has informed that the all India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/ BDS courses for the academic session 2014-15.

Final decision will be taken after supreme court delivering it’s verdict. All India AIPMT is aimed at filling 15 percent seats in Government Medical and Dental Colleges all over India. Andhra Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir were exempted from this examination.

This medical entrance exam will be conducted on 4 May, 2014 (Sunday) across India and abroad. The exam will consist of one paper with 180 objective type questions.

The objective type questions will be asked from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (45 questions from each subject). The syllabus for this AIPMT entrance examination is the same as notified for NEET-UG.
