Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences MBBS Admissions 2016-17

Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), a unit of The Madras Medical Mission has issued notification for admission into 1st year MBBS course for the academic year 2016-17. The institute will conduct an entrance examination to be held on 27th May 2016 at PIMS, Ganapathichettikulam, Kalapet, Puducherry.

Qualification: Candidates should have passed in Higher Secondary exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English with at least 60 percent marks.

The candidates must have attained the age of 17 years as on 31 December 2015. Admission will be based on the performance in entrance examination only.

Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.pimsmmm.com. Last date for the receipt of completed application forms is 21 May 2016. Entrance exam will be held on 27 May 2016.

AIPMT 2016 Question Paper and Key – NEET Phase 1 Exam

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi has conducted the AIPMT – 2016 (All India Pre Medical Test) / NEET Phase 1 (2016) on 1st May 2016 across the country. The AIPMT will be considered as NEET – 1 as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court of India.

The NEET 1 / AIPMT 2016 question papers and key / answers will be available on the websites of leading medical coaching centers in India.

The NEET Phase 2 Examinations will be held on 24th July 2016. Candidates those did not apply for AIPMT / NEET – Phase 1 can apply for NEET Phase 2 examination.
