APPSC IPO Hall Tickets, Exam and Results Updates

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has made the exam admit card download date available on its official website, psc.ap.gov.in, for the position of Industrial Promotion Officer. On September 25, a link to the admit card download will go online. The processes listed below can be used by candidates to download their admission cards.

In the state of Andhra Pradesh, industrial promotion officers are in charge of promoting and growing enterprises. An IPO’s function involves collaborating closely with the government to draw in new industries to the region and support the expansion of already established ones.

The APPSC IPO test has two levels: a preliminary exam and a main exam that comes after. The preparatory examination measures candidates’ general knowledge and cognitive abilities in an objective manner. The primary examination is a written test that gauges candidates’ expertise in management, applied science, and engineering.

Exam specifics

The Commission has set the examination for October 3, 2023, in accordance with the notification. The test will be administered using an objective format and include two papers. The exam will be administered through computer-based testing (CBT).

General studies and mental ability will be covered in Paper I, whereas applied science, engineering, and management will be covered in Paper II.

There will be 150 questions on each paper, each worth one mark, for a combined total of 300 points on the two papers.

Each incorrect response results in a deduction of one-third of the marks allotted to the question.

Pay scale:

Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 12000 to Rs. 29,380 for BPMs and Rs. 10000 to Rs. 24,470 for ABPM / Dak Sevak posts.

Qualification:
Applicants must have passed 10th class with Maths and English subjects and have studied the local language. Applicants should have knowledge of computers and have knowledge of cycling.

Age and selection procedure:
Applicants age should be between 18 to 40 yeas. The selection will be based on marks / grades / points in 10th class.
