Certified CSR Professionals Course by Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is offering a job oriented 3 months course on Certified CSR Professionals. The course is approved by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. The first batch of the program will commence in November 2018. Course fee is Rs.6500 and GST extra.

Eligibility:

Need graduation in any stream or members of ICSI / ICAI / ICMAI / LLB / LLM / MBA are eligible to apply. Duration of the course is three months. The course is delivered in distance / online mode of learning.

Study Material:

The registered candidates will be provided with study material after registration. The ICSI will conduct contact classes for the candidates. The place of contact program will be decided by ICSI. After completion of the course and qualifying in the assessment, candidates will be granted a certificate and will be registered as Certified CSR Professionals.

Course Structure:

Module 1: Concept of CSR in Indian context
Module 2: Implementation, Governance and Monitoring of CSR activities.
Module 3: Compliance and CSR audit.

9th Class Admissions in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Schools – Exam Pattern and Eligibility

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi announces admission notification for 9th class admissions in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya schools. NVS will conduct an entrance examination across the country for admission into 9th class in NVS schools.

IPE Exams

63 New JNV Schools:

Government of India has started 63 new Jawahar Navodaya Schools with 2600 intake. These schools have recorded a pass percentage of 37.4 percent in JEE Main 2018 exam. And 84.5 percent students were qualified in NEET 2018 exam.

School pass percentage in Board exams is 75.12 in 10th Class and 74.20 percent in 12th Class.

Eligibility Requirement:

Students should be studying 8th Class in the Government or Government Recognised Schools of the same district to be eligible for admission into 9th Class.

Exam Pattern:

Entrance test will have questions from the subjects of Mathematics, General Science, English and Hindi. Questions will be asked in the standard of 8th Class.

English: 15 marks
Hindi: 15 marks
Mathematics: 35 marks
Science: 35 marks

Duration of the exam will be 150 minutes without any break. Merit list of the selected candidates will be announced on the NVS website at www.navodaya.gov.in .
