AIEEE is the most popular examination in India after IIT JEE for admission to premier engineering institutes such as NITs, IIITs, Deemed Universities, Autonomous Colleges along with reputed private and corporate professional institutes. Usually more than 7-8 lakhs candidates compete for this examination. AIEEE 2011 is going to be held on 1st May 2011. All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE – 2011) is scheduled to be held on 1st May 2011. More than 10 Lakhs candidates are likely to appear for AIEEE making it the biggest academic competitive examination in the country. Candidates may be eager to know cut offs, marks, ranks analysis of AIEEE 2010 as it will give a preliminary estimation of their chances of getting a seat through AIEEE 2011. There are about 20 NITs in the country with more than 20000 engineering seats in different courses. There are IIITs, Deemed Universities, Autonomous institutes and reputed private institutes that offer engineering courses (BE/ B.Tech / Integrated Courses) based on AIEEE scores. Corporate institutes such as DA-IIIT, LNM IIT etc also admitting candidates based on AIEEE scores.
