Following table will provide you the number of seats in IITs for various Branches / Subjects. This data is based on the seats filled in IIT JEE 2010. There may be increase in number of seats in some IITs. There were 9509 seats in all IITs during IIT JEE 2010 admission. This year for IIT JEE 2011 candidates, the total number of seats has increased to 9618. Candidates can estimate their chances of grabbing a seat in IIT of their choice based on the 2011 Merit List Cut Off for various categories of candidates.

IITs offer more than 80 branches in B.Tech. and Dual Degree Programs. Most of the students opt for main stream branches such as Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Biotech, Aerospace, Mechanical, Mining, Computers, Mettalurgy etc. Following table will give you number of seats in these branches in IITs at Madras, Bombay, Delhi, Gauhati, Kharagpur, Kanpur, Roorkee, IT – BHU and ISM Dhanbad. Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education – Ajmer (RBSE Ajmer) announces Senior Secondary Examinations (SSE – Science) – 2011 Results. The SSE (Science) Results 2011 are available on http://rajresults.nic.in/ . The results will be announced at 10: 15 AM on 27th May 2011. Senior Secondary / Plus 2 Results of the Rajasthan Board will enable students to join in UG Courses. RBSE Science results may also available on the popular site like rajeduboard.nic.in , www.examresults.net etc.

Rajasthan State Examination Department shall release the results on the official website rajresults.nic.in. Those candidates appeared for the Senior Secondary Examination (Science) can check their results after the release at 10: 15 AM.

Those qualified in Senior Secondary Examination will be eligible to join in Under Graduate (UG) Courses for the academic year 2011-12 in the concerned streams. Rajasthan Board of Secondary of Secondary Education is one of the biggest public education boards in the country.
