Paper – I of the APSET is common for all the candidates. There will be 60 questions in the paper from Teaching and Research Aptitude and candidates have to attempt any 50 questions. If you answer more than 50 questions, first 50 answers only will be considered for evaluation. Each question carry two marks thus making a total of 100 marks. Following are the details of syllabus and model questions for Paper – I of the APSET 2012:
Paper – I syllabus of the APSET exam consists of following topics: Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude, Reading Comprehension, Communication, Reasoning (Including Mathematical), Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Information and Communication Technology, People and Environment, Higher Education System : Governance, Polity and Administration. Following are sample questions / model question of Paper 1 of APSET. You can download model questions:
