Candidates those applied for Grama Sachivalayam and Ward Sachivalayam posts in Andhra Pradesh can change the exam district now. Exams are scheduled in August 2020, as per the official sources. Due to the spread of corona virus, Government of AP has allowed candidates to choose the exam center nearest to their residence.
Step by step procedure to change / update examination district preference:
1) Log on to http://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in/
2) Scroll down to the Candidate Services Section
3) Click on Edit Examination District Preference
4) ou will get this page: https://apgsvam20reports.apcfss.in/editExamCenterpref654565565.apgs
5) Submit details of Login ID, Date of birth and enter the captcha
6) Click on Get Details
7) Change the details as per your preference and submit
Sachivalayam Exam Dates:
Written exams for all the posts are scheduled between 9-14 August 2020. Detailed schedule with exam dates and papers will be released by Departments of Panchayat Raj and Municipal administration of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
More than 10 lakhs candidates have applied for various posts in Village Secretariats and Ward Secretariats of Government of AP. Half of the candidates will be sitting for Category 1 exam which is to be held for Panchayat Secretary, ward administrative secretary, mahila police and ward education and welfare secretary.
