Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology Bhubaneswar has announced notification for admission to Ph.D. programme of Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) for the academic year 2012-13. IMMT is a premier research institute functioning under the aegis of CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research). The Ph.D programme is offered in the disciplines of Engineering Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Biological Sciences and the course will commence from August 2012.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have Masters Degree in Engineering / Technology / Science with good academic record and CSIR – JRF for equivalent fellowship for Engineering stream. Science stream candidates need CSIR – UGC, DBT, DST or INSPIRE or any other equivalent qualification for fellowship. Age muse be below 28 years as on 10-05-2012. Relaxations apply as per the rules.
Application Procedure: Interested candidates can apply online from 25th April, 2012 at IMMT website acsir.res.in. Online application facility will close on 18th May, 2012.
