IARI New Delhi – Ph.D Programmes 2016

Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi has announced notification for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2016-17. The selection process will consist of entrance test and interview.

Ph.D programmes are offered in the discipline of Agricultural Chemicals, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Physics, Agricultural Statistics, Argonomy, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Computer Applications, Entomology, Environmental Sciences, Food Science and Post Harvest Technology, Genetics, Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Nematology, Plant Genetic Resources, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology, Seed Science and Technology, Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Water Science and Technology.

Applicants must have Masters Degree / BE / B.Tech in relevant discipline. Duration of programme is 4 years. The application fee is Rs. 1000 in the form of DD drawn in favour of The Director, IARI, Delhi.

Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://iari.res.in between 15th February to 7th March, 2016. Entrance test will be held on 24th April, 2016. Interview will be held on 4th July, 2016.

National Council for Hotel Management – NCHM JEE – 2016 for Degree Courses

National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is conducting NCHM Joint Entrance Examination – 2016 for admissions into B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration for the academic year 2016-17.

Applicants must have passed in Intermediate or its equivalent. Applicants age should be below 23 years. The selection process will consist of entrance test and personal interview. Duration of course is three years. Entrance test will be held on 30th April, 2016.
