Introduction: Chemical Petro Engineering is a sub discipline or more specialized stream chemical engineering. Oil technology related issues especially the processing and yield of production is being taught in this subject. In addition, this stream is also dealing with pioneering valuable new materials and related techniques – which are often essential to related fields such as nanotechnology, fuel cells and biomedical engineering.

The industry especially food processing and oil production industry recruits continuously in this regard. Abroad especially in the middle east and oil producing countries are having excessive demands of chemical engineers and countries like Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Yemen, Qatar, U.S.A, Australia have excellent placement opportunity in this field.
